What is a Giclée Print?

Giclée is a French term describing a printing process by which ink is squirted through fine jets onto paper.  The process is computer controlled to ensure an amazing degree of color accuracy.  Each print is  produced with archival pigmented ink for maximum color permanence, and printed on 16 mil mould-made rag paper, making the print difficult to distinguish from the original watercolor.

These are truly museum quality prints! Among the many museums with Giclée prints in their collections are The Metropolitan Museum and The Guggenheim (New York City).
